An important value of Fritom is having an eye for the future and taking into account future generations. We therefore have an ambitious goal: to operate completely CO2 neutral by 2050! This is a complex challenge that requires structured and phased changes within all our operating companies. That is why we are already working hard today on innovative and sustainable solutions that contribute to a greener future.

Our roadmap to 2050 includes numerous initiatives. We have conducted several tests with electric trucks to investigate the feasibility and efficiency of emission-free transport (and our first electric truck is now a reality). We are committed to sustainable new construction projects that meet the strict BREEAM-NL standard. We also continue to innovate with advanced tools such as our CO2 calculator, which recently obtained ISO 14083 verification.
